There are many costs associated with design & sampling of new teamwear & bespoke identities for our clients. In almost all cases TAG Sportswear will offer your club this service completely free of charge. TAG will genuinely do everything possible to ensure your teamwear is exactly as you visualised – no compromises are necessary & all at no cost to your organisation.
Our amazing kit builder programme is available completely free of charge. Create outstanding designs, add club badges & sponsors to visualise the finalised garment. Be our guest!! Once completed be sure to save the design, & when you are ready we can discuss your requirements. Not only create great match kit, but also amazing training wear, travel wear, & winter garments for your entire sports club. Many clients take their designs from our vast kitbuilder library, others will challenge our experienced design team to add finishing touches to their selected design such as ghost prints or tonal images, add extra features such as woven badges, mesh panels, & pipings.
Regularly new customers ask TAG Sportswear to create something totally unique by offering our designers a descriptive brief – very popular for touring sides & clients who want to stand out from the crowd.
Its also not uncommon that a new client challenges TAG to “copy” an existing design – after their previous supplier discontinues the original garment.
Many of our competitors offer bespoke match kit, but often they will be selling “off the shelf” products for the training & travel wears. That’s not the case at TAG Sportswear, we believe your off field identity is as important as the on field image. It is very costly & time consuming to revamp your identity every couple of seasons – don’t get caught in the trap of believeing you have solved the problem, when in fact all you have done is sorted the match kit!
Working alongside your volunteers the TAG design team will assist in creating a set of visuals for your approval, completely free of charge. Once the club are happy with the digital designs we can move to sampling. There is no limit to the amount of graphics & amendments we will produce.
When the client is ready & has approved digital images, TAG will manufacture actual physical samples – free of charge. Please leave time for sampling within your calendar of rebranding.
From initial contact to signing off physical samples can often take several weeks, even months.
We are so confident that you will love our quality, value for money & customer service that we will not charge one penny for the design & sampling processes.
Only when you are 100% satisfied & all samples are signed off will we begin to take orders off your membership.
TAG Sportswear will create a bespoke order form that is tailored to each customers own preferences. Orders can be placed at any time.

The TAG Sportswear website hosts numerous official club shops for customers, all sites are created & managed FREE OF CHARGE. These shops are used by many customers for direct sales to their members & their fan base.
Retail prices for each club are set by the client themselves. This facilitates an option to inflate prices & create revenue for the organisation from their webshop sales.
The UK sports market is dominated by our winter outdoor sports. Football, Rugby, Hockey & the educational sector all require their main deliveries in July, August & September – this creates a massive spike in demand during the summer months. Our lead times reflect an accurate & honest appraisal & include this peak period.
For around 8 months of the year we would expect to deliver bespoke garments to customers in 21-28 days from approval of order. October to May annually.
The peak period of June through to end of September will see lead times rise to a maximum of 56 days.

Any order over £250 is carriage free. Orders below this will be charged at the prevailing rate.
